Interview with Dr. Wilke

Q:When did you decide to become a physician?

I decided to become a physician when I was in grade school. After watching some PBS shows on reconstructive surgery, I was hooked.

Q:Whatis your favorite part about working with CSEP and ECP?

I like the community of varied groups within ECP and the interactions we have to share best practices.

Q:Whatdo you find most exciting about your job?

What I find most exciting is working on making physicians’ lives easier and developing systems for a strong and healthy culture.

Q:Whatdo you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work I like to travel, fly planes, go hiking/camping, hunting, and SCUBA diving. And… I will be a grandfather soon, so that may become a favorite thing to do outside of work.
